Privacy

This website has no customer accounts, checkout, analytics or advertising cookies. If you select Email, your browser sends your name, email address, optional phone number, request type and message to FormSubmit for an email enquiry to eandediamond@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes these details and documents a 30-day submission archive. We do not store enquiries in a website database. The studio keeps received emails as needed to answer and manage your request. If you select WhatsApp, the site prepares a WhatsApp message and does not send the enquiry to FormSubmit or email it to the studio. WhatsApp receives the prepared message when you open its link; the studio receives it when you send it.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical request information to deliver and protect this website. If you choose to call or continue to WhatsApp, your phone or WhatsApp provider handles that communication and the studio receives what you send. Opening WhatsApp does not by itself send a message. For questions or deletion requests, contact eandediamond@gmail.com or call 0468 358 778. Directions links open Google Maps, subject to its privacy practices.
